Lense flare creates really bad pixel block on screen

Love this app except the entire effect is ruined by a big pixelated block of rainbow colors that appear and disappear with the lens flare.

It almost completely covers the background in Tardis mode and in sky search it creates a big rainbow speckled box around the entire tardis which really ruins the effect. Is present in EVERY incarnation of the Tardis, even when black and white.

Am I the only one having this issue?
